REGISTRATION DETAILS:
MVECA’s Fall Assembly Meeting will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2018 at the new MVECA office, located at 888 Dayton Street, Suite 102, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. Sign-in will begin at 9:00 AM, and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.

In order to reduce in-person traffic, we encourage Assembly members to consider sending only ONE of their two district representatives and suggest the attending representative be designated as the proxy for the non-attending representative. For anyone not attending in-person, a Zoom link will be provided for live streaming of the Assembly Meeting.

Once you click continue, you will be asked for your name, email address, position, voting method, and the name of your proxy holder (if applicable).  If you are attending as a proxy holder, please have the MVECA Assembly Member complete this registration. If you are attending as a guest, please complete this registration to ensure we have enough seats for everyone.
