REGISTRATION DETAILS:
MVECA’s Fall Assembly Meeting will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2018 at the new MVECA office, located at 888 Dayton Street, Suite 102, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. Sign-in will begin at 9:00 AM, and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.
In order to reduce in-person traffic, we encourage Assembly members to consider sending only ONE of their two district representatives and suggest the attending representative be designated as the proxy for the non-attending representative. For anyone not attending in-person, a Zoom link will be provided for live streaming of the Assembly Meeting.

If you are attending as a proxy holder, please have the MVECA Assembly Member complete this registration. If you are attending as a guest, please complete this registration to ensure we have enough seats for everyone.
