Sealed bids will be received by the Miami Valley Educational Computer Association (MVECA), 888 Dayton Street, Suite 102, Yellow Springs, OH 45387 until 9:15 a.m., July 1, 2024, and then at said time bids will be opened and read aloud for the Dark Fiber Network. Bids, contained in a sealed envelope, should include two copies of all bid documents in printed format and one copy in digital format using either a compact disc or USB flash drive. PDF is the preferred document format for digital copies.
Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid.
Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.
The Miami Valley Educational Computer Association reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
