MVECA Clients See Fees Decrease
MVECA clients are benefitting from the organization’s growth and development in recent years, with a 25 percent decrease in core service fees for fiscal year 2017.
“Unlike tech companies and other service providers, we aren’t driven by profit,” said Executive Director Thor Sage. “That allows us to keep the client experience at the center of everything we do.”
That philosophy has paid off with increased revenues, allowing MVECA to return the dividends to clients by reducing costs.
After a declining year-end balance in fiscal year 2010, the organization renewed its commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality products and services. The following years resulted in increased revenue that was utilized to improve infrastructure, develop new business, increase support for clients, and stabilize fees.
With a solid foundation in place, MVECA is now able to reduce customers’ costs for core services like fiscal systems, student management, and Progressbook.
“ITCs like MVECA were created to provide affordable services for public agencies but still give them a great resource to help them adapt to modern technology,” said Mr. Sage. “We are proud to say that MVECA has embraced that model and proven that ITCs are an invaluable partner for educational organizations and municipalities.”
