Lorrie Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education, will conduct the FY2020 E-Rate Form 471 Workshop. The session will highlight any changes to the form, detail changes/updates to Category 2 funding, and a step-by-step walkthrough of the application to make the process a little easier.
