Description:
This training is for the new library staff or those wanting a refresher of the basics of the library software WorkFlows, MVECA and INFOhio Resources, and demonstration of BlueCloud.

Topics to be covered:

* MVECA  and INFOhio Website - How to access the resources and documentation
* Understanding the WorkFlows Manual
* Setup/Install, Update instructions, Common troubleshooting errors with WorkFlows
* Overview and Navigation of WorkFlows
* Searching for students and items in the catalog
* Learn the basics of checking items in and out, renewing items and checking item status 
* Checking Pending Transits
* Basic common reports (Active Loans, Overdue List/Shelf List etc.)
* Demonstration of BLUEcloud Circulation/Cataloging  (BLUEcloud classes will be offered at a later date)
* Overview of Fetch and ISearch and accessing your library catalog
