Description:
End of Year Library Meeting for School Library Staff 

During this meeting we will cover:

  • Review the year end checklist and reports
  • Review your district policy/library setup and make any changes if necessary.
  • Identify and cleanup inactive patrons with overdue item(s)
  • Review Library staff accounts and provide MVECA with appropriate addition/changes in staffing (not faculty)
  • Review the best way to get your books back at the end of the year – Please brings ideas to share! ?? 
  • Running Statistics, Population and Collection Reports for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Discuss inventory challenges and answer any questions you may have
  • Upcoming changes and updates planned for WorkFlows for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Discuss what training/sessions and user group meetings next year.
  • Back to School Fall Meeting. Date, time, topic etc.
