What: 2021-2022 SI Batch Scheduling Meeting for HS/MS

This session is for any building that uses the Batch Scheduler (typically HS and MS and possibly 5/6 grade at EL).
1. Please register for this session by using the online registration link.
2. There will be a break for lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
3. Before a school may begin *ANY* of the scheduling processes mentioned in this meeting, SYI must be completed BY MVECA for their building.
4. You must submit the 2021-2022 SYI Survey for MVECA to process SYI for your building which is found on the Portal page of SI under the Documents section.
5. We will be covering the "Batch Scheduler" procedural checklist located in the Procedural and Step by Step Checklists.
6. Print: Please be sure to print the "Batch Scheduler" procedural checklist and have it with you during the session.
7. Print: Please print the document "SCHED: Preparation Before Batch Scheduling" located on the Portal page in SI under the "Documents" section.
