SI Elementary Scheduling Session -
There will be a break for lunch from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
This will cover all items under the Elementary Scheduling Procedural Checklist document.
You will need to print and bring:
1. Your R407 that was run the day before this training.
2. The Elementary Scheduling Procedural Checklist
3. You will also need to bring:
a. ALL homeroom lists (student names in each homeroom - this list is best if alphabetical by student last name)
b. ALL teacher homeroom numbers (Homerooms Maintenance screen - print and bring)
c. The courses each teacher is teaching (if they are not self contained teachers)
d. A list of your CURRENT ROOM NUMBERS in the building (Rooms/Locations screen - print and bring)
