Remote Assistance provides remote control software that lets you see and interact with desktop applications across the MVECA network. After you click on this link, you will be asked to install a small piece of software on your computer. Once this is installed you can select which MVECA staff person you want to interact with. Please make sure the MVECA staff person is available to help.
