Lorrie Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education, will conduct the FY2018 E-Rate Form 471 Workshop here at MVECA. With updates to the EPC Portal and definitions of some of the pull down options, the process to file the Form 471 application will be different. The session will highlight the changes to the form, portal access, as well as tips and explanations to make the application process a little easier.
