Hello,

From Progress Book or Special Services Education Module, you have clicked on the red school house located in the upper left corner of your window.  Previously, this action opened up a window for you to input and submit a question to the Progress Book helpdesk.  Due to statewide CIP's goals pertaining to the way ITC's are accountable to their customers in the helpdesk service area, we have redirected the red school house to the page you are currently viewing so you may access Frequently Asked Questions and determine your best option for problem resolution.

  1. If you are regular staff, you should first contact your Progress Book / Special Services Education Module district or building support person so they may assist you. If you were able to login to the module, you may click on the "help" link, located in the upper right hand corner of any window inside Progress Book or the Special Services Education Module, to access valuable help topics.
  2. If you are a building or district support person for Progress Book or the Special Services module and you have a CAUnicenter account, you may login and create a ticket by clicking on the following link:  https://helpdesk.usd.oecn.k12.oh.us/Caisd/pdmweb.exe If you do not have a CAUnicenter account, please contact us at progressbook@mveca.org and we will create one for you. The CAUnicenter Tutorial is on the MVECA homepage:  Servicedesk Tutorial

If you receive a System Unavailable message or if this is an emergency message, please contact your Progress Book / Special Services Education Module district or building support person and they will contact MVECA.  Please try back in fifteen minute intervals after contacting your representative.

As always, when you are submitting a helpdesk ticket, please remember to provide detailed information pertaining to your question, comment or feedback so we may respond to you in an efficient manner.  This information could include the following:  Which software package - Progress Book or Special Services Education Module, what area of the software, your district, building, user, class, report, assignment, student, grading period, and form.  We may require additional information regarding the issue and may request this through the CAUnicenter ticket you create.
