You need to use eTech whenever the remote site you are contacting is an ISDN site.  You also need to use eTech when planning a multipoint connection.

How Do I schedule a call with eTech?

You can schedule an ISDN or Multipoint call by using the VC Wizard online scheduling software. To use the VC Wizard software, you will need a VC Wizard account.
