Polycom

If you are experiencing problems with your Polycom videostation, restart the machine, make sure that it has an IP address (this can be found at the bottom of the home screen), make sure it is registered with the gatekeeper (This can be determined by the "GK" flag turning green at the bottom of the home screen.).  If neither of these happen, contact your local network administrator.  If they do happen and the call still fails, contact the remote sight and check if they are having technical difficulties.  If they cannot determine the cause, contact your local network administrator.  If your local network administrator is unavailable, contact tech support at MVECA.
